Beltway Medical Massage Offers Weekly Infant Massage Classes for Parents in Northern Virginia
Infant massage has been used for thousands of years to help deepen bonding, relieve symptoms of colic and teething pain, encourage weight gain in preemies, lengthen restful sleep (for parents AND baby!), and improve muscle tone. Beltway Medical Massage offers infant massage instruction for the parents of pre-crawlers, taught by a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM, Infant Massage USA). The class meets weekly for 4 weeks and each week parents learn why and how to massage their infant. The classes also offer an occasion for new parents to discuss topics and share advice in making the most of these amazing years.
4 weeks meets once a week, Thursdays at 9 am. Classes are On-Going and anyone can drop in at any time. Cost-$125 for class/materials.
Beltway Medical Massage offers TOTs (Time Out Tuesdays and Thursdays) a complimentary childcare service for parents. This service allows parents to pamper themselves and indulge in individual/personal massage from 10 AM-3 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a dream come true for most parents. A fantastic massage and free babysitting! Who wouldn’t want that?
