People’s Sexiest Man Alive 2013, my fellow Step Up Co-star and new father Channing Tatum made an appearance on the white carpet right here in Washington DC last Friday at Loew’s Theatre in Georgetown for his latest film “White House Down”. He was joined by Jamie Foxx, new mom Maggie Gyllenhaal and tween actress Joey King.
The Moms Denise Albert and Melissa Musen Gerstein hosted The Mamarazzi private VIP pre-premiere reception at Mate Lounge right next door to the Loew’s Movie Theater exclusively for the “Who’s Who” of Mommy Bloggers. Transitioning from actress to mommy to mommy blogger certainly has it’s perks! We were treated to a full buffet of the freshest selection of sushi I’ve ever been treated to in DC complete with my favorites Spicy Tuna Rolls, Volcano Roll, Rainbow Dragon Roll and Seaweed Salad. Pure pescatarian bliss!
After the reception we were invited to watch a private screening of “White House Down” with opening remarks from the Director Roland Emmerich, Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Joey King. “White House Down” hits theaters this Friday, June 28th Nationwide and is rated PG-13.
